Discussion

Items created with a string-based position retain the original value. Items created with a typed trigger expose the canonical string representation of the normalized trigger. Objective-C uses this representation to configure the trigger; Swift callers should use trigger instead. For timeline-scheduled ads, nil represents a pre-roll.
