The bitrate the player should start playback with in bits per second. If set to a value -1 this value will be used as the initial bitrate estimate. A value of -1 indicates that the default initial bitrate estimate defined in DefaultBandwidthMeter.DEFAULT_INITIAL_BITRATE_ESTIMATE is used.
Default value is -1.
