shouldLoadAdItem

The ShouldLoadAdItemCallback callback will be called before an ad item is loaded. The return value decides whether the ad item should be loaded or discarded from the schedule.

For pause ads this runs once a pause ad opportunity arises and before the ad tag is fetched. Returning false skips the ad item, and the next scheduled pause ad is tried instead. Whether such a pause ad is tried again at a later opportunity is decided by its AdItem.discardPolicy and shouldDiscardAdItem. By default, it is discarded.
