Emitted when a NonLinearAd is presented.

Non-linear ads do not interrupt the main content, so they are not part of an ad break: no AdBreakStarted and AdBreakFinished surround this event.

Every NonLinearAdStarted is followed by exactly one NonLinearAdSkipped or NonLinearAdFinished.
